I upgraded to an iphone7. My surge connects to the phones Bluetooth but I no longer get texts and call notifications on my surge. Devices are paired; any remedies?

Hi there, @Ams1309. Sorry about the issues you're experiencing. Please try this.
- "Forget" your Surge in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Delete the Fitbit app from your phone.
- Go to a room that has NO OTHER BLUETOOTH DEVICES IN IT. This is important.
- Re-install the Fitbit app on your phone. When instructed, pair your device to Bluetooth.
- Have someone in a different room call or text you. See if you get the notification.
I have personally found that sometimes in our world of being surrounded by multiple Bluetooth devices, the Fitbit gets "confused." Setting it up in an isolated area has resolved the problem for me. Good luck! Please let me know if this resolves the problem for you.
