Lost all my history when setting up new phone

I lost my iPhone SE and had to buy a new one (iPhone 16e).   I have an Inspire 3.  After installing Fitbit on the new phone, I tried to log in with my Google account and it said it didn't recognize my credentials.  I know this is the correct login information as I was able to log in to Fitbit on the Web with the same email and password.  I was forced to start fresh and have now lost all my history.  This apparently happens to a lot of people and should be addressed.
