Lost floors

Hi. Went for a run this morning with quite a lot of hill/elevations, when I finished I had done 60 floors.
2hrs later I've synced again and it's lost 30 floors. Any reason this might be? I have a charge hr

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Nicsharpe. It's great to have you here. Your data shouldn't disappear from your account. I would recommend setting up your Fitbit Charge HR as a replacement device to your account by following @SunsetRunner's steps.

 

I'm afraid there is actually no option to manually add floors to your account besides the great workaround @MagicMike elaborated to log the calories burned for each floor.
