I recently updated my app and had to reset my Fitbit due to technical issues. Now it's like I've gone back to the beginning. I'm earning badges all over again, I've lost trophies from challenges with friends, my friends list is empty but my friends can still see me and message me. I get an email saying someone has messaged me and can read the message but go to find it again and it's gone. Certain friends who were on 'Facebook contacts' before are no longer there so can't send them new requests. So frustrating!!

Updating the app shouldn't cause loss of friends or trophies. Are you certain you logged into the app with the account you used to originally paired your tracker?

Oh my goodness. Did you ever get this fixed? I’M having same issue but I don’t see where you received a correct answer???
