Is there any chance that you got a new phone around that time? Something that folks occasionally do is accidentally establish a new account when they re-install the Fitbit App on their phone.

Hi there @Humey, I was reviewing your post and you did not received further response after you reply to @PureEvil's suggestion. I wonder If after that the issue was sorted out? Is still happening on a daily basis?
