Lost warranty

I bought a sense and within a week with the help of Fitbit help department they figured out they did not work correctly they gave me the shipping for the warranty. Sent it via their shipping papers and it is now lost. They will not help me because it has not been received by their warehouse. The help staff decided to end my chat with them because he didn’t want to deal with it anymore thank you Christian Q. There is nothing they will do because it didn’t make it to their warehouse. He will not tell me if it is covered by insurance through FedEx or not. I have been a customer a Fitbit since 2011 I cannot believe how poor their customer service is now or how little they back there devices. $300 down the drain. Thanks Fitbit
