It’s only 1 user opinion that you thanked for. What about those hundreds or thousands that highly unhappy about the update that was done for sleep analysis.Where your reaction on these multiple complaints ? You were not able to meet customer expectations and did not improved the apps. Or you have been sarcastic???

It’s the very same sleep information! Just spend a little effort to see what and where things are. There is even a bit more information

No it is not the same. You can’t even change the orientation from vertical to horizontal any more to view it better and the colours are gastly. Google once again ruining something which worked much better before they got their hands on it

this most recent change has been a mixed bag for me. I am a blind user and was pleased to see that graphs are now accessible to people who are blind using apples, voiceover screen, reader, and have learned how to use the rotor feature. Other information that I, referred to Daley is not readily available and cumbersome for me to locate and review. Navigating the application was simple and intuitive to me in the earlier versions. With the most recent change, it will be a steep learning curve in relation to the early version. I am not sure that I want to invest the time to get the maximum benefit from this Fitbit version. Again, I am a blind user using an iPhone SE third generation running Fitbit version four dot 15 and the most current version of Apple iOS app. I am using Apple voice screen, reading software and have dead. Dictated this on my iPhone and hope you will be able to understand my ramblings.

Hello everyone,
Thank you for your honest reviews of the latest version of the Fitbit app. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
I acknowledge that there are many comments sharing opinions and concerns about the app. As mentioned earlier, we are committed to meeting our users' expectations and providing the best possible fitness experience.
We are happy to see positive feedback about our efforts. We welcome all types of feedback, but it's important to understand that changes take time and careful consideration. We are actively working to address your concerns.
Your suggestion for a "Voice Screen" is a great example of the kind of feedback we encourage. The best way to get your ideas implemented is to share them on the Product Feedback board. Other users can upvote your suggestions, which will help them get noticed by our team.
Thank you for your continued support.

I have made many suggestions regarding accessibility for blind and physically disabled within the forums. I have done it as a suggested improvement, with customer service, representatives, and Google disability support. I have advocated for a disability support team. I have used apples, voiceover screen, reading capability for years to navigate the Fitbit screen, but I’ve until now the graphs have been unavailable to me. As stated earlier access to the graphs in some of the metrics is now available to me as a blind user. Other information within the Fitbit app is going to be a challenge based on the new formatting and disappears to be true for both sided and people with visual disabilities. Speaking with Fitbit Customer Service agents and supervisors I was surprised to learn that they were not made aware of the voice readable graphs, and given instruction as to how to help people who are blind and unfamiliar with the rotor , learn to navigate the different graphs.

The data visualization is much different & clearly the greater # of users don’t care for it.

Same! I'm not a fan of the Slashed clock face, though.

The upgrade is not user friendly nor was it necessary. It worked just fine. I suppose I will leave Fitbit after 10 years.

This new update is a big joke… absolutely terrible. The graph is terrible and the whole thing is a hot mess… you can’t see anything clearly, absolutely hate the new version
