My Luxe stops counting steps every day when I reach 9400, but my phone shows me every step after 9400. I am not sure if it is the watch or the app. I tried changing my watch face it didn't work, I updated the app restarted my watch nothing is working. I am unsure which is accurate because I went to sleep with over 12K on my phone last night and woke up with 1000 steps missing. This is frustrating, and it might be time to let Fitbit go. I've used Fitbit since its orginial in 2009. I've built health and wellness programs for Fortune 500 companies with Fitbit, and since 2022, its quality has significantly decreased.
