Hello @alex.Peregudov and a warm welcome.  Which device are you trying to set up?  Certain devices can only be set up with a compatible smartphone or tablet .

any Smartwatch family from Fitbit.

My device is Ionic.

Fitbit Connect are too old and from this software for Mac OS no way to setup any new devices from Fitbit.
