MacOS in addition to iOS?

Hi all,

I'm just setting up a new Charge 2 HR, and it's paired perfectly with my iPhone, but I'm wondering about setting up the Mac dashboard too. I've used Fitbits in the past, and I really like the larger Mac dashboard, but I often had syncing problems with the computer, and I'm wondering if it's a better idea to stick to one device. Any advice or warnings would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Al

If your tracker is already paired to your account via your iPhone, you don't need to set it up again on your computer, simply download the Fitbit Connect software on your computer. Install it and open it and you'll be able to see a button that says Sync Now. Please remember that in order to use your computer, if it doesn't have native Bluetooth, you will need a USB dongle, that's currently not included with your Charge 2.

I hope this can be helpful, if you need anything else feel free to reply! Smiley Wink
