Macro-nutrients nutrition facts

Fitbit needs to not just show my percentage of macronutrients: I want to know how many GRAMS of carbs, proteins, etc. I’ve eaten in a day, not just percentages. Other nutrition apps do this, so it would be nice if this app did, too.

Hi there @Pfsjenny5. Good to see you in the Forums! 🙂

I was taking a look and after you log a food item, if you tap on it, right underneath the name, you should see that it says "Nutrition Facts". If you tap on that, you'll see everything in grams and only vitamins and minerals will appear in percentages.

If this is not what you're seeing, can you please attach a screenshot of how it looks like for you?

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

I want one for my overall day, not just each item. Does Fitbit expect me to add every item together manually to get my daily average?
