We’re excited to preview the new Fitbit app launching this fall for all Fitbit users (iOS/Android). The all-new, personalized and customizable Fitbit app is getting an updated design that is simpler to navigate, easy to use and more personalized.
With three redesigned tabs — Today, Coach and You — the app is designed to give you a holistic view of your health and wellness with metrics that matter most to you.

What new features are you looking forward to trying?
I have two questions about the new Fitbit screens. Will Fitbit users with multiple trackers be able to migrate from one to the other without having to remove one and then replace it with the tracker they wish to use. Also, as a blind user, I would be interested to know what is being done to make the Fitbit experience Friendlier for those who are blind and reading disabled. From what I can tell right now, the air is a significant difference in the experience sided users have from those who are blind. And right now Fitbit does not have a Disability Support team to work with people who have physical and/or visual challenges. I would encourage Fitbit to create a Disability Support team to advise and advocate for people with challenges, so that they might more satisfactorily experience the benefits of the Fitbit devices. I have benefited from my Fitbit trackers, but believe that I might benefit more if data now available all lead to sighted people Was made accessible to the blind and reading disabled.
Will it not be broken? I just updated yesterday to no avail. I keep hoping that the app will be fixed. I keep updating and the app just keeps being broken.
It freezes when I open it. I have to force close the app several times in order for it to sync and then again so I can engage it.
And don’t get me started on the fact that the challenges were taken away…
I have two questions. First, will fall detection be a part of the new Fitbit app, and what trackers will fall protection be made available on if and when it is introduced. Second, when will we be able to see responses within this thread from Fitbit/Google Representatives?
This app is now acting crazy. No longer does it track heart beat. No longer does it track sleep. That’s why I purchased my Fitbit 3.88. No matter what I have tried, nothing shows up on the app. All have disappeared in the timeframe 8/15/23 to 8/22/23. Is there anything more to be done than buy another smart watch?
