Message notifications

Can anyone help 

I’m getting no message notifications 

I get phone calls but no messages 

I’ve done everything that google can find but still nothing 

does anyone have any other ideas

Which Fitbit do you have? I have a Charge 3. I think it's a Charge 3 not an app glitch

A brand new Versa I got today! It’s just frustrating, I’ve done everything 

i had a charge 2 and I got notifications then it stopped but always got phone calls 

and it’s the same now with this versa 

i just don’t know what to do
