Anyone else messages not going away? I’ve tried everything I can think of and they are still there.  mine  are 65 days old. I’ve have logged off and on. I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded it back on and nothing works.

Thanks for trying to those steps to get the messages to go away. 

 

In this case I'd like to ask if you are referring to the messages themselves or only that the app is showing as if you have new notifications?

I appreciate you have come back and clarified to us this situation. Usually messages sent to you through the Fitbit app should be removed after 30 days. However, if you're still seeing old messages here, please try to log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If you're still seeing them, let us know so we can check this further.
