Miles & pace incorrect

I'm walking 5 miles with an average pace of around 13' 30 but Fitbit map only showing 1.5 miles walked and average pace of 45'40 seconds. Why is to doing this. Worked fine a few weeks ago.

Are you using connected GPS when tracking your walk? We're currently experiencing an issue with iOS and connected GPS exercises, our team is aware of this situation and is working towards a prompt and proper resolution. In the meantime, please force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping the app up. Also, please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
