Fitbit Update 5/5

I have great news!  We have pushed out a fix in the latest version (2.22.1) that resolves this problem. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store. Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.

Fitbit Update 5/1
It was recently pointed out that some iOS users are missing their sync progress bar and battery indicator on their dashboard after updating to Fitbit iOS App version 2.22. In order to investigate this issue, can you please provide the following information:

  1. What type of iOS device are you using?
  2. What iOS version is it running (ie iOS 9.3, iOS 8, etc)?
  3. Does the problem persist after logging out of the App and then back in?

Thanks in advance for your help!

@Shirloo @TomFay @tracyk100 @clan5casey Just to be clear, are all of you still experiencing this issue after you've update the App to version 2.22.1?

If you are unsure what app version you are on, you can check by: clicking the account button in the bottom right-hand corner > scroll down and click the help button > and the app version will be at the top of the page.

If you aren't using Fitbit iOS App version 2.22.1, click here to update to the iOS App.

If you are currently on iOS App version 2.22.1 and are still experiencing the issue where the tracker tile, battery icon, or sync progress bar is still missing, can you please answer the following questions:

1. What type of iOS device are you using and what iOS version is it running?

2. Does log restarting your iOS device or logging out and then back in permanently resolve the issue?

Please keep me posted!

the problem permanently.

Since I installed the update v 2.22.1 on Thursday (5 May) on my iPad (iOS 9.3.1), the Fitbit dashboard has worked properly with the device status at the top of the dashboard display.

The battery indicator, the sync area, and my sleep tracking is not showing up with this last update. Do I need to change something or just wait for another app update? This new update made my Fitbit much less appealing because I have to look for everything in the app. Help please!

@clan5casey  The number is 877-623-4997.  (If you go to help.fitbit.com it has several options, and to "see" the phone number I had to click on the "Call Us" box.). This number is for U.S. Callers.

@Randtrav I've moved your post from the feature request board to this thread where users are talking about the same problem. This is a known issue that should be resolved if you update your Fitbit iOS App to version 2.22.1.

Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

Hope this helps you out!

My FitBit information disappeared from my dashboard. The One logo that used to be at the top with the battery charge visible and the steps/miles/levels are no longer there. How do I get them back? I just updated to the 2.23 version hoping that would help but it did not. I am hoping that someone here can help.

New to FitBit, just got the Blaze, so far I like it. But everyone says the battery indicator issue in the Fitbit app for iOS app is fixed, while yes, I have the indicator, the indicator in the app doesn't show the true battery level.  On my Blaze, I can make out that I have probably 75% battery life left, yet the app continues to show that I am fully charged.  I have logged off and back onto the app, I have restarted my iPhone, have restarted my Blaze, still same issue. Even if I manually sync in the app, still shows that my battery is 100%.

FitBit Blaze: 8.200.3

FitBit App: 2.26.1 (572)

iOS: 10.0.1

That seems pretty normal for the app right now. My iOS app battery indicator, both text & graphic, seems to only have 3 states: low, medium, & full. I don't know what the break points are. It'd be great to show an actual percentage if that's possible.
