Hello! I just got a new replacement iphone 6 and my steps haven't synced since I changed phones. Is there a way to force sync/fix this?

Hi @lman88 and welcome to the Fitbit Community!

I'd recommend rebooting your iPhone 6 and then making sure that you have a strong WiFi or mobile data internet connection.

Also, if you click the account button in the bottom right-hand corner > click the MobileTrack tile at the top of the page under your profile tile > and hit the sync now button, does it sync?

Lastly, there's a chance that the Fitbit App doesn't have the permission to use movement and fitness to track steps. I'd recommend: opening your iOS settings > scrolling down until you see your apps listed out and click Fitbit > make sure that Movement and Fitness is toggled on.

Keep me posted if this helps!
