This is still not working for me. Latest version. MobileTrack can be set up, but no data is read. 7+ on 10.2.
Sync happens, but says "Not synced yet". Never had this work reliably since getting my 7+ 😞

For the record today's update (2.29) did not solve the issue.

Hi @erikveland,
Just as a heads up, I've merge d your post into its own thread since to help keep the iOS forum organized.
You should be able to get MobileTrack syncing again by:
1. Double checking to make sure that you have a strong internet connection.
2. Opening the Fitbit App.
3. Click the account button in the bottom right-hand corner.
4. Click the MobileTrack tile near the top.
5. Click the "Sync Now" button.
Keep me posted if this helps!

Still does not work. Click "Sync Now" button -> Appears to sync -> Not synced

Somehow started working on its own without any updates. I'll keep monitoring to see if it changes.

Has anyone found a solution to this? I am having the same problem. I had left my Fitbit to charge, and now it shows mobile steps or Fitbit steps but not both.
My mobile track appears to sync but then still says sync now afterwards.

No, I am also having the same message. However, I do not have a physical Fitbit device, only the mobile app. I have removed MobileTrack and re-added it multiple times but the result stays the same:
To add to this, I see activity on my dashboard, but not on my profile and next to my friends, it says "No recent activity."

I was finally able to get mine to work!
I logged out of the app, restarted my phone, and then logged back in.
I hopr it works for you too!!

I tried that and it did not fix it. Then I made sure I was up to date on my iPhone 6 and it did not fix it.

Okay, I ended up removing and redownloading the app after making sure my Apple iOS was updated completely, and that got it working.

I finally solved the same problem by syncing everything, deleting the app, reloading the app - this gave me pop-up questions on my phone screen asking to allow access to various things and then once I'd clicked yes to all of that it I could then set up and sync my mobile. I wonder if it has to do with that set up process. Perhaps I missed to allow access or something when I first set up the app on my phone.
Anyway, now the phone and my wristband will sync ok....
