Best AnswerI'm experiencing the same problem. Mobiletrack wasn't working, deleted it, itsn't an option to add back. I'm going to loose my challenges. Good news for my cousins, bad news for me. ![]()
Mobile Track requires a specific piece of hardware in the phone. Not sure if the iPhone 7 has it or not. We'll have to wait until one of the Mods can comment on it.
Best AnswerI joined the forum hoping to get an answer only to learn there are several of us in this boat. Well at least if we all row the same direction we should get somewhere!

Yes it does, the new M10 motion coprocessor is in the iPhone 7. Apple's Pedometer API has a simple "is step counting available" check which is sufficient to determine if step counts are available. I have no problem getting a step count from Health, Argus, MyFitnessPal, Pedometer, and HealthView apps. Given that Fitbit app doesn't work, it appears Fitbit is also checking the iPhone model number and doesn't recognize the iPhone 7 (something like "iPhone9,1").
Its a simple fix, hoping to see the iPhone 7 working in next release of Fitbit app.
Edit:
I wrote the world's most simple and ugly app to output model number on my AT&T iPhone 7:
according to this developer there are a few more identifiers:
iPhone7 : "iPhone9,1", "iPhone9,3"
iPhone7Plus: "iPhone9,2", "iPhone9,4"
Aria, Fitbit MobileTrack on iOS. Previous: Flex, Force, Surge, Blaze
