I bought my new Blaze on Thursday afternoon, and the process seemed to be seamless. My MobileTrack steps synced to the device and for the next few days, my steps seemed to be correct.
I woke up this morning and opened the app, checking last week's weekly totals. I noticed that Thursday's steps are now only 1,215, and I had over 10,000 that day. Looks the same in the dashboard as well. The step count now appears empty prior to 4pm.
Is this a server issue or are those steps gone forever?
Edited to add: My Tweet for that day says I had 13,903 steps and 5.7 miles.

@Iceboxwoman Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is strange, maybe that happened because the tracker was set up that day. What I recommend to do will be to manually log an activity for that date to compensate and recover those steps. You will be able to select that specific date on the dashboard to log the activity. You can log it as a run and then put how much time it lasted and see if all the steps are recovered.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
