Mobile Track stopped working for iOS with latest Fitbit update
I used this capability in the absence of a Fitbit device (since my One stopped functioning)

Welcome to the forums, @shreejay.

Thanks for the details, as well as the screenshot provided. This is odd and to look into this, may I know if you get an error message when trying to sync?

In the meantime, let me recommend the following:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  2. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Devices icon at the upper left corner.
  3. Tap MobileTrack > Remove From Account.
  4. Under new devices, tap Add phone and select MobileTrack.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions and check if it syncs correctly.
