Mobiletrack only syncs one week

Hello, I have had my iPhone since November and now want to start using Fitbit, I have activated the mobiletrack but it only shows steps as from the first of May, why is it not going back to sync as from November?

Thanks for stopping by! Robot HappyPlease know that if you do not have an internet connection for weeks or even months, your phone will store your data until you connect to the internet and sync your data so I'd like to know if you have updated your iOS App to the latest version?
