For some reason my Blaze will no longer automatically connect via Bluetooth to my iPhone 5s unless I shut it down and restart it again.
Any ideas?
How do I reset the Blaze? Would this help?

What version of software are you running? Did you update to the latest iOS 10? If so you will need to update your Fitbit software. To check your version on your Fitbit app login to your Fitbit and go to your account, click on help and you will see what version you are using. The latest for iOS 10 is Fitbit version 2.27

Hi, thanks for the reply, Fitbit software is 2.27, iOS not upgraded to 10, still the last 9.3 version.
Bluetooth connection used to connect automatically when I turned it on on the phone, now very rarely does this happen. I have switched off and restarted the phone many times, that doesn't work. Only shutting down and switching the Blaze back on does it connect.
Not sure how to d a hard reset of the Blaze, as this may help.

@GrahamJessop, here's how to do a hard rest.
Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
Let go of the buttons.
Your tracker should now work normally. If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.

Hi, sadly this doesn't solve the problem. Nor does switching off/on iPhone at the same time work. Only shutting down the Blaze through its settings menu works now!
What to do now?
Customer support?
Not sure, other issues I've raised with them, have resulted in many different solutions/suggestions to resolve another problem, sadly none of which have helped.
Seems the software developments/support is.....

@GrahamJessop, sorry to hear it's not working, I found a note about someone having problems with there chargeHR. You might want to try reinstalling your app again. I know it frustrating but don't give up hope, It won't hurt to give it another shot. Here's the note
For clarification:
I have an iPhone 6S+.
I upgraded to iOS 10 a few days ago.
I tried everything, nothing worked.
I then found the FitBit app update this afternoon in the App Store, updated it.
After realized it still crashed repeatedly, I did the "forget this device" on my Bluetooth.
Then I deleted the app again.
I downloaded the app in the App Store again.
I opened the app and saw that it was still not syncing but no longer crashed.
I opened the FitBit app and went to "account."
I touched "Set Up a Device" and followed all the directions.
It took a while for the connection.
Then my phone asked me to pair my FitBit with the Bluetooth.
NOW it all works. Hallelujah!
