my charge 6 is not syncing with my iphone 8. have followed all the suggestions on getting them to sync again. stopped syncing about 4 days ago and have done over and over the suggestions. very frustrated

I'm so sorry to hear you're having a hard time with your Charge 6 and your iPhone 8. I'd love to help!
I did a quick search to check what the latest iOS the iPhone 8 supports. It looks like the last update available for your phone is iOS 16. Since the Fitbit app currently needs at least iOS 16.4 to be compatible, this could be the issue.
Please check your phone's settings and let me know what you find!
