I have turned off my iphone's bluetooth and turned it back on, closed the app and reopened it, I have rebooted my iphone. I have rebooted my fitbit charge hr. It is still displaying June 5 8:30am, it's June 6, 11:30am. It also will not sync, the app just indicates it's looking for it. It also won't replace the device in my app, as indicated in the help articles, it says it can't find it even though it is on. It did lose complete battery yesterday, it last synced about 3:45pm, and hasn't worked since then. Is it toast or is this the issue they've been working on since the end of April?

Welcome to the Community @SprinkleIt! I can see that you have tried several steps to update your Charge HR and make it sync, however, as it still not working, then I suggest you to try to sync using a computer. You can follow the requirements and steps to do it over a PC or Mac on @HelenaFitbit post. If after try that, your tracker still not syncing, I suggest you to contact Fitbit Support.
Let me know the outcome!
