When I log into my daughters account from my app it looks different then mine when I log in. It is on the same app so it is not different. And my day exercise is not syncing at all. Anyone have this issue?
Hi @ahamerin1724. Welcome to the forums! It is possible to customize the IOS app. Is it possible you each have it customized differently? My hubby and I each have Fitbit devices and use the IOS app but each of our screens look different because of our preferences.
No she just got it yesterday and I log in for her I don't have the community button at the bottom and she does it is like mine did not up date. But when I go into the App Store it is updated and I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
