My Fitbit charge HR isn't logging all of my activity

I have noticed the past week or better that when I sync towards the end of the day it's not syncing or tracking all of my activity for the day. For example I do cross fit and today I was super active the entire time and my workout was the length of 50 minutes and it said I was only active for 27 minutes. Please help.

It's great to see you around the forums @Rachelle2094! Being Crossfit an activity that is composed of various exercises, there's a chance that some particular exercises were not tracked by your Charge HR. 

 

Also, another thing that could be happening is that your Charge HR may be losing a constant connection on the PurePulse LED screen, this is why we have this guide that may be helpful in getting the best Heart Rate results. 

 

If this doesn't work, let me know the WOD you are doing and we'll separate it into the different exercises to get the best caloric burn. Smiley Wink
