My Fitbit isn't syncing to my app on my phone

Fitbit hasn't logged sleep since March and it is always having problems syncing with my mobile app. It is never accurate. It also is behind with the time and I have problems changing the alarms due to it not being able to sync like ever!!!

A warm welcome to the Community @CoreySue83. If your tracker is not syncing or displaying the correct time I recommend following our Syncing Troubleshoot. After following these steps your tracker should sync without an inconvenience and display the correct time.
