My Fitbit won't connect with my I pad app.

My Fitbit app some how I got logged out , so I entered my details and now I can' t update my stats and the app tells me I have to " new account , e mail verification required". I touch the resend E Mail button but it does not get sent to my e mail account. If I delegate the app and reinstall I will lose all my data so far. Hope someone can help,

Hi @Kazm,

It sounds like you might be having trouble logging into your Fitbit account. If this is the case, our password recovery tool should help you log back in to your account.

I'd also recommend going through your spam folder if you aren't seeing the password recovery email, there's always a chance that your spam filter caught the email.

Thanks,
I reset password,with the link, that worked fine.
Then went back to my iPad app. Still wants confirmation email, press the send button, check email, not in junk folder , or normal in box.
Then went into account and clicked on set up a device.
That all worked and now fit bit is connecting and syncing.
Go back to "dashboard " fit bit is syncing, but still has the big sign need confirmation email, iPad app does still not show up any of my stats, click on resend email, email address is correct, press send, message changes, email sent, check emails, no email found.
