I recently corresponded with someone but she left, she gave ne instructions but they did not work. The face of my fitbit shows an incorrect time. the date is correct and the steps are correct. on my Ipad, I no longer have steps. Not sure what is going on was fine one day next morning (about 3 days ago) I have this mess. My fitbit Charge is not a year old. Not impressed.
