My HRV is really low??

I got a new Fitbit four about four days and my hrv has been in the 30ms. I am 32 years old,  150 lbs, average shape.

I am concerned why my HRV is so low. Info on google says that people my age should have HRV in 100ms. Anybody getting low HRV and is about my age?
