My blaze wont sync after updating app

HI!

I updated my fitbit app on wednesday, and after that, my blaze won't sync with my ipad- My IOS have the version 10.3.2. and the watch has 17.8.401.3

I've done everything , i feel. restart of watch and ipad. Deleting app, on and off with bluetooth, and when I deleted blaze from the app, it won't find it again. I get a code on my watch, but i only get error code 403, forbidden. Tried that since last night, no code works.

Know I've installed the app on my macbook, installed, but it says I have no internet. I give up!

Any good suggestions? Pleeeease 😄

Funny I don't have this problem. I have the app installed on both an Android and iPhone. I haven't run into that issue yet, and when I got my iPhone to replace my Android phone (loads of issues with the model), I didn't have any problems setting it up or with the update.

 

One thing I found out however and this has probably been covered; If anyone has "All day Sync" enabled the app needs to be open and running in the background for it to work. I never had this issue on the Droid.

 

Unfortunately for your connection issues I don't have an answer for that. On both, because I've never ran into it.
