My charge HR wont sync with my Ipod Ipad or my Phone

I havent wore my fitbit in 3 weeks cause i wasnt in school. School just started  back up again and my fit bit wont conect to my phone or anything and i need the time changed, it is currently 3:24 and on  my fit bit, it says that it is 6:16. I have this thing for fitness and a watch for school and i have recomended it alot to my friends, i probally do it all the time but now i probally wont be doing it at all cause this is crap, ive been trying to make it sync but it wont do anything, at all. Please reply asap.

A warm welcome to our new friend @Cheer_Zoe_On! Thanks for stopping by! I'd suggest you restart your tracker and then make sure you follow the steps provided at I can't sync my tracker. If you're still unable to sync please make sure you set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.
