My charge hr won't setup

I have been trying for days now to set up my brand new charge hr and it gets to the final step and then does nothing. It just stops. I have tried everything. I have deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app on my iPhone multiple times and I have tried restarting my Fitbit multiple times. Nothing is working. What else can I do?

Additionally, if you have a computer, you can give it a try to see if your Fitbit tracker can be paired to it. Let me know how it goes.
