My fit bit keeps dropping communication with my iPhone iPad and Apple compu

 My fit bit is three years old I have never had many problems but in the last three days I've had to restart it three times. My fit bit does not want to connect with my iPhone on my computer or my iPad. If I restarted it works for about 10 minutes then  It stops again does the battery where out?

Having restarted your tracker several times, my suggestion in this case would be setting up your tracker as a new device on your account to reset the connection between your devices. Don't worry, this won't delete any of the information stored in your account so far. 

 

To set it up as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
