I have only had my fitbit about a month and it recently stopped syncing with my iPhone 6. I have tried every troubleshooting method. I have turned my bluetooth off and on, i have turned my phone off and on, I have even turned my fitbit on then off, and nothing has been fixed. In fact now my fitbit is five minutes slow. i am beyond frustrated right now. Can anyone help me? Do i need to just restart it to factory settings? If so no big deal but how do I do that? I just want it to work again!

@Rfroe2 Welcome to our community! Happy to have you here. I would like to clarify that the Charge HR doesn't have the ability to be switched off. Still you can try a restart to help correct this. Also check our sync troubleshooting guide if the issue persist. As a final suggestion you can try a Factory Reset (try first the normal restart) but remember you will need to setup your tracker again after this.
Let me know how it goes!

This has been happening to me also over the last week or so. Frustrating as I use it as a watch in high school and the time is off when I am writing passes.
