My fitbit isn't syncing to my computer and phone properly

About once a day when I check my Flex on my phone signed out. I think I have it set to stay signed in. Any ideas? It's inconvenient to sign in on the phone over and over. At first I thought this was because I'd charged it, but I have realized that this is not the cause.

@SnowShoe hello your post is confusing,  the title says you can not sync, but the message is , the app doesnt stay logged in? Which phone do you have.

To answer am implied question,  the Flex will not be the cause of logging you out.

That's odd, Rich, I don't know how that header got there. Maybe I was still attached to an old thread. Sorry for the confusion. I have an iPhone 5. To clarify, I am not logging out of my Fit Bit ap. Frequently when I get on my ap I have to log back in. Not every time, but it seems to happen about once a day. It is not always first thing in the morning. (At first I thought it might have something to do with sleep mode, but this is not the case.) Any ideas? Heidi -- *Heidi Hollings* *(317) 627-0810*

Thats what i understood was happenning,  outside of removing the app and then installing i have no clue. 

Im moving this tread to the iOS section, where the iOS wizards hang out.
