Welcome aboard to our community @IRLarry. I recommend to restart your heart rate settings:

  1. Go to your Account tab on your mobile app.
  2. Tap on top of your trcker's name.
  3. And look for your Heart Rate Tracking option.
  4. Change your settings from On / Auto to Off.
  5. Sync your tracker
  6. Now repeat the same process and turn your heart rate On/Auto and sync again.

This should reset your tracker's heart rater. If the issue persist, then it's time to contact customer support team. I'm sure they will be happy to assist you further.

Keep me posted how it goes. See ya soon my friend.
