My information is not showing in the app.

Looked at my app this morning and although my sleep is listed within the sleep section it isn’t showing on main page and neither is any other info.

ive reset, disconnected and reinstalled and it’s not showing green in the top left hand corner. It’s syncing but not passing info to main page 

can anyone please help?

UPDATE:

Reset my phone and all appears ok now

What do you mean by reserving your phone? I am having the same problem. I powered down my phone and also deleted and reloaded the app. None of these seems to help.

I appreciate you have shared your experience with us and for letting me know you have already tried to restart your phone. At this moment I would like to ask you to go to your online Dashboard and check if your information is showing here; if it is, try the following in the app:

 

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again. If this doesn't work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone once again, then log back in.
