My resting heart rate has increased by 20bpm in the last 2 years, should I be worried?

Hi, over the last 2 years my resting heart rate has been alive the place but has gradually gone up from 72 to 97 bpm, it’s not gone below 90 for ages now, is this somthing I should be worrying about?

i would show screenshots but I’m not sure how to

There could be many reasons for the increase in your heart rate, but this is a community forum and you could get many different responses and none of them be correct for your situation.
