My screen now only showing calories burned, steps,floors and so on have disappeared and notification

Steps, sleep pattern, floors climbed and so on have all disappeared from iPhone screen. I have also stopped receiving notifications .

This has been also reported on Android, i have experienced this also and in a few minutes it usually straightens itself out. I sometines can use the edit function to add the tiles back
