My stats have suddenly stopped renewing: no steps, Active-zone points, sleep score, etc. not count. My Inspire 3 tracker is counting and I have successfully restarted it using both methods instructed in troubleshooting. It is showing up as synced and I have updated the app. I have tried to Contact Support Live Chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either. I feel abandoned!
