Need help adding my wife to my friend list.

Trying to add my wife to my friends list but doesn't recognise her name or email ,

how do i get help with this

Hello @Chrisfeenan27, thanks for joining us, it's always great to see new faces around. 

Are you trying to add your wife to your friend list through the Fitbit app? If so, please try the following to refresh the information shown on the app:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app
2. Restart your phone
3. Log back in.

If your wife is still not showing, let's try to add it from the online Dashboard:

1. Go to your friend list on the Fitbit website.
2. Click on Invite by Mail and type down your wife's email. She will then receive an email asking her to join your Friend list.
