Welcome to the Community @Lmorris. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend checking if your Charge HR has battery, if it doesn't, put it to charge. Fully charging a tracker can take 1-2 hours. After veifying that your tracker is fully charged, try a force sync by doing the following from the iOS Fitbit app.
1. Tap Charge HR
2. Slide down
3. Tap "Sync Now"
If the force syn doesn't work, try the Syncing Trobleshoot. Make sure to go to "FITBIT APP FOR IOS" under "Troubleshooting" since you are using an iPhone to sync your tracker.
Let me know the outcome!

Hi @Lmorris,
If you have already tried the troubleshoots in the link mentioned in @AlejandraFitbit's post above, I would then recommend the following steps:
1. Restart your tracker.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open you iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
Keep me posted if you need any additional help!

I have a fitbit Charge and it stopped syncing a week or so ago. I've tried everything I've read to get it to return to syncing, but no luck. Any suggestions? Also, I can't seemed to find a way to post my question anywhere othen than a reply post. Getting very frustrated with fitbit in general!

Hi @aebergen, I can definitely help you out! I would recommend the following steps:
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Use the "Replacing a Tracker..." instructions to re-pair your tracker to your account. Click here for instructions.
This should help, but keep me posted if you need any additional assistance!
