Hello FitBit!
Something to consider please! The new app’s appearance has no sex appeal or wow factor. For the most part, every screen has a white background. Very boring and - very hard on the eyes for those of us who prefer the dark mode especially when you just wake up! Also, the heart-rate graph for exercise does not indicate peak heart-rate like the previous version did without scrolling through the graph manually. Overall, a step backward for the user at least for me. I think the design team should be gathered together, along with the decision makers, and asked, “What were you thinking?”
Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback! Have a great day!

@Run1994 I agree with your comments on the new design. Users who are more enmeshed into the Google ecosystem will notice the similarity between the app update and Google's Material You design. Fitbit is a Made by Google product. This design is Google making its mark on the Fitbit app (which is also used by Pixel Watches). App DEFINITELY needs a dark mode.
