New Blaze won't connect to iPhone 6, but Flex 2 will?

Just purchased a new Blaze that will connect to my iPad with no problem, but not my iPhone 6 with iOS 10.3.1. And it will connect fine with my Flex 2. I've factory reset my phone, deleted / reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth on / off, & confirmed phone will connect to other Bluetooth devices.

Any ideas?

Hello @NBurnham, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Usually when a Fitbit tracker syncs with an iOS device but not with another one is because a Bluetooth bond has been formed with the first device. In this case I would like to suggest you to go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPad and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Don't worry, this won't prevent your tracker from syncing with the iPad, it will just allow it to sync with other devices, such as your iPhone.

Additionally, please remember to remove any other Bluetooth devices or Fitbit trackers when you're syncing your Blaze with your iPhone for it to sync correctly.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
