I just purchased a Fitbit Charge HR the other day, charged it, and when I go to connect it, it won't connect.
A couple of times it said it found it and to enter the code, however all I had was a battery symbol.
Not sure if this matters, but the display doesn't show anything when I push the button or tap on it either.
I just switched from a Jawbone UP24 and was really looking forward to the fitbit, but am not liking that it won't do ANYTHING.
Please help.
I have tried resetting the device, I have also tried uninstalling the app, and re-setting bluetooth.
