New Dashboard + Charge 3 & no option to buy Premium with Sleep Score

I have a Charge 3 plus I now have the new dashboard. Why do I not have the option to get the premium upgrade with sleep score? I even beta tested the sleep score for Fitbit but no matter what I do in all the outlined steps that have been posted there’s no option for me to purchase premium.

I have gone to the discover tab & there is no option for guided programs. Even the sleep tab they claim there should be a Learn more tab where you’d have the option & that doesn’t show up for me neither in the new dashboard.
