I am well versed at synching devices to my iphone. I understand that for the fitbit inspire HR I have to sync it through the app. I have the fitbit on the charger, bluetooth on, I’m in the “add a device” section and slexted the inspire HR, but it’s not finding it. It doesn't find it in the bluetooth area of my phone either. The fitbit is on. I’ve turned it off and back on. I’ve turned the bluetooth off and on many times. I’ve turned my iphone off and on. Nothing has worked. Do I have a defective fitbit? I don’t know what else to do. I see online where someone instructs to remove all of the other devices from your bluetooth app. Thats crazy. I have a lot of devices that I’ve connected to it. I’d have to resynch everything. And that suggestion doesn’t make sense anyway. Any guidance would be appreciated. I was so excited about getting this fitbit. Now it’s just frustrating.
