New Readiness score patchy at best most days does not show on app or device

Since the new readiness score update, where I used to unfailingly get a score now I get a score 2-3 days a week. It’s very patchy.  This is well after the 7 days and has yet to give me a full week of readiness.  Is this a bug or is there something I need to fo? I’m on iOS and have charge 6.   It doesn’t show in either the app or device.  Thanks

After the most recent app update, I'm confused by my readiness score. It's been sixty/moderate readiness all week. However, I'm training for a marathon and this week and last week I ran further than I ever have (15 then 16 miles). Previously after a long run like that, my readiness score would drop and be low the next day. Now the day after a long run my readiness score is the same as it was the day before. Anyone else notice something similar?

Since moving to premium, my readiness score has not shown more than it has. I’ve been wearing my watch to sleep and the sleep score shows, but the readiness still says no score most days. It will then appear randomly for one day. 

I have tried logging out of the app and restarting my Sense 2, but no luck.

There was a recent change to the readiness score calculation and it was made available to all Fitbit users. The stability isn’t as high as we expect. I also received the score on and off randomly. Hopefully it may improve in a few weeks down the road. Fingers crossed.

Hello, the daily readiness score suddenly stopped working over 8 days ago for no reason and is still not showing. I have the required app needed, am on the full membership and have worn it for the nights specified but still not showing it again. What can I do?

Hello @aj4689 

It sounds like your app isn't correctly calculating your readiness score if you not seeing any change in values. According to recent Moderator posts, the readiness score is still rolling out to users. The issue you're seeing could be caused by your app not having the updated readiness score algorithm.

The recent Moderator posts also mentioned an app update will be rolling out in the next few days. Keep checking your app store for the update and install it when it's available.

Hi, @Lolivwr, welcome to the community, you may find reviewing this article is useful What's my daily readiness score in the Fitbit app? - Fitbit Help Center  If you are still having a problem try re-installing the Fitbit app on your phone, you do not mention the make, model and OS of your phone but this is the procedure for an Android phone. Sync the Fitbit app then go to the phone settings>apps>Fitbit>force stop>clear storage & cache>uninstall>restart your phone>reload the Fitbit app & set up your Luxe again. Wear the Luxe for 7 nights (the best way is to wear it continuously apart from charging)
